Shipping

Due to an unusually high number of orders coming through over the last couple of weeks we are shipping all orders using express postage only.

Express shipping fee: $18

Free pick up is available from Bangholme ( next to Keysborough) by appointment only.

Minimum order quantity is 2 plants. That can be either three of the same variety or three different ones. If you only order 1, your order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded to you.

Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase. Pick up can be arranged for Victorian buyers upon request through the contact section of this site. You can call or text Simona on 0435877533 for more information and to arrange a suitable time for collection.

Plants will be packed carefully and posted on the first Monday following your purchase and your payment has cleared (unless these fall on a public holiday, then we ship the following Monday). If you wish for your plants to be shipped later in the week, you will need to contact us via phone.

If you want your order to be shipped by the cut off day for the following week, make sure it is in before 5pm on Saturday.

Express shipping is $18. Express orders can be shipped Mondays and Tuesdays.

If there is a problem with your order, you need to notify us on the day you receive the plants. Please take photos of the problem immediately and send these through. 

It is the buyers responsibility to enter the correct shipping address and it is also the responsibility of the buyer to monitor the tracking number and contact us if the plants do not arrive within a week of the order being placed. We ask that you keep an eye on the tracking as we cannot physically monitor hundreds of orders each week, otherwise we wont have time to look after the plants!! If you enter the wrong address, the item will be shipped to the address you entered. We do not have time to follow up on orders that have been delivered if you have entered the wrong address. Please double check your details in the information fields.

Shipping is within Australia only. We can only ship to addresses in QLD NSW VIC SA and ACT.

Currently we do not ship to WA, TAS or NT.

We ship all orders with Australia Post. Most orders arrive within 3-4 days. Please contact us if your order has not been received within 5 business days of the order being posted.
